The "Exit at Entry" Philosophy
Most reentry programmes begin after release. Dunamis Diversion starts the moment a young person enters the system — mapping a full transition plan across six structured stages before they ever leave. That is what we call Exit at Entry.

Comprehensive needs and strengths assessment within 72 hours of intake.
Stabilisation
Immediate safety, housing, and basic needs secured.
Skill Building
Education, vocational training, and life skills development.
Community Integration
Rebuilding family ties and prosocial community connections.
Employment & Independence
Job placement, financial literacy, and independent living.
Aftercare
Long-term monitoring, mentorship, and ongoing support.
